Salmon Patties - South Beach Diet Recipe (Phase 1) 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of pink salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • salt & pepper
  • Olive oil

 

Directions:

  • Drain salmon and put in a bowl and mix in the eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pat out patties or spoon in.
  • Fry on medium heat in olive oil until a light golden brown.
